摘　　要：构建和谐警民关系是事关公安工作和队伍建设长远发展的大局,是党和人民群众对公安工作的基本要求。和谐警民关系是最基本的社会关系之一,是公安工作成效的集中体现。密切警民关系的对策包括:一是突出主业,以良好的战斗力取信于民;二是突出抓"两硬",以良好的亲和力取信于民;三是突出抓管理与服务,以有序管理与良好的服务取信于民;四是突出抓队伍建设,以良好的公信力取信于民。A harmonious relationship between the police and the public,for the development of public security is very important. A harmonious relationship between the police and the public is one of the basic social relationships, hnprove the harmonious relationship between the police and the public include： first, hard work,so that people have confidence in the police and secondly,on two fronts;thirdly,the strict management ,enhance service awareness ;fourthly ,to strengthen the team building.
