公安院校士官班招录培养模式探析

摘　　要：公安院校从(拟)退役士兵中招录人员,并根据基层公安机关对人才培养的要求进行"订单式"培养,是公安教育培养模式的一项尝试,它符合公安实践部门对应用型、复合型人才的需求。但是由于这种培养模式刚刚起步,难免有欠缺之处,必须严格招录程序,从专业设置、课程模式等方面进行不断完善。The police academies in recruiting soldiers from decommissioning, and according to the grassroots public security organs on the requirements of the talents＂ training order type training is training model of a attempt,which is in line with the practice of public security departments,interdisciplinary talent needs. But because of this training mode too will inevitably be the Lack of strict recruiting program,from professional settings, in areas such as curriculum model relations.
