摘　　要：农村贫困救助制度是农村社会保障最后一道安全网,它对赈灾救济、维护社会稳定、保护生产力,促进农村经济发展起了重要作用。但随着我国经济的发展和社会的持续进步,这一制度也暴露出:救助理念落后、救助的法制化水平不高、救助的管理体制和运行机制不完善等问题。据此,有必要更新救助理念,推进法制建设、完善管理体制及运行机制,并跟进相关配套措施,以是完善我国农村贫困救助制度。As the last security network of rural social security, rural poverty relief system plays an important role in disaster relief, maintaining social stability, safeguarding production capability and promoting the development of rural economy. However, with the development of economy and the sustainable progress of society, some problems involves the system gradually make their appearance, such as the backward relief thoughts, the low level of relief legislation and the deficient relief management and running system, etc. Accordingly, there is need to update relief ideas, promoting legal construction, improve the management system and operational mechanism and follow up with relevant supporting measures, to improve the relief system of China＇s Rural Poverty.
