摘　　要：差异与同一的关系内在决定着平等与效率的关系,平等往往表现为求同,效率往往表现为求异,但又不仅如此。只有从差异与同一的角度才能更恰当地理解平等与效率的关系,也才能更科学地处理好平等与效率的关系。The relation between difference and identity decides intrinsically the relation between equality and efficiency, equality often displays to be seeking identity, efficiency frequently displays to be seeking difference, but they are not only so. Only from the angle of difference and identity we can more properly comprehend the relation between equality and efficiency, and more scientifically deal with the relation between equality and efficiency.
