脑窍通方联合微创治疗高血压脑出血临床观察

摘　　要：高血压脑出血是好发于中老年人常见的脑血管疾病，通常病情危重，死亡率高达40-50%，存活者多有严重残疾，其血肿形成后不仅产生占位效应直接破坏脑组织，同时造成血肿周围组织缺血，引起继发性损伤。Hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage is one disease that commonly threats middle and old aged people and that has a death rate of 40% to 50%. By applying Naoqiaotong with minimally invasive treatment to the disease during Jun. 2007 to Dee. 2008, we proved that this method had satisfactory effect.
