摘　　要：分析儿科一日病房影响护患关系的诸多因素，提出一系列的对策。输液前做好家属的解释及患儿的安抚工作；输液中加强巡视，密切观察患儿的病情，发现异常及时处理。这些措施有利于建立良好的护患关系，从而减少医疗纠纷的发生。This paper analyzed the factors influencing nurse-patient relationship in one-day ward of paediatrics departmerit and raised a series of countermeasures. Make explanations to patients＇ relatives before transfusion; observe the patients＇ disease situations closely during transfusion and settle the abnormal situations timely.
