摘　　要：从修史机构、史学家和史学成就等方面对宋明两朝史学进行比较,论证中国封建史学宋盛明衰。This paper demonstrates Song＇s rising and Ming＇s declining of Chinese feudal historiography by comparing these two dynasties from the aspects of history compiling institutions, historians and historical achievements.
