摘  要:探讨马桑叶中6种黄酮类化合物的体外抗氧化作用及对小鼠脾淋巴细胞增殖的影响,通过测定其体外抑制红细胞溶血时间研究其抗氧化性.采用MTT法,测定了协同ConA对小鼠T淋巴细胞增殖的抑制作用,并测定了协同LPS对小鼠B淋巴细胞增殖的抑制作用.结果表明,这6种黄酮类化合物对AAPH诱导红细胞溶血有很好的抑制作用,其中效果最好的是槲皮素,槲皮素的糖苷强于山奈酚的糖苷;能协同ConA对小鼠T淋巴细胞增殖产生抑制作用,效果最好的是山奈酚-3-O-β-D-半乳糖(K-Gal)和山奈酚-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖(K-Glu);能协同LPS对小鼠B淋巴细胞增殖产生抑制作用,效果最好的是槲皮素-3-O--αL-阿拉伯糖(Q-Ara)和槲皮素(Q).The anti-oxidative activity of flavonols isolated from the leaves of Coriaria sinica Maxim and the effects on proliferation of mice spleen lymphocytes are studied.2,2 -azobis(2-amidinopropane)dihydrochloride(AAPH) induced oxidative hemolysis are used to study the effect of the six flavonols.The experiments inhibiting ConA to induce the proliferation reaction of T lymphocyte and inhibiting LPS to induce the proliferation reaction of B lymphocyte are done by MTT colorimetry.All the compounds show good inhibition effects on AAPH-induced hemolysis of human RBC. The effect of quercetin is the best. Quercetin glycosides are better than kaempferol glycosides. ConA to induce the proliferation reaction of T lymphocyte and LPS to induce the proliferation reaction of B lymphocyte can be inhibited by these compounds. Kaempferol-3-O-β-D-galactoside and kaempferol-a-O-β-D-glucoside show the best effects on the proliferation of T lymphocyte. Quercetin-3-O-β-L-arabinoside and quercetin show the best effects on the proliferation of B lymphocyte.
