摘 要:以超重力旋转床作为除尘设备,用超细滑石粉模拟工业微米级粉尘,考察旋转床除尘的分离效率和设备压降。在气量500~700m3/h、液量0.6~1.0m3/h、转速560~1400r/min、平面丝网层数为3的条件下,除尘总效率均大于97%,设备总体压降不超过490Pa。超重力旋转床相对于其他除尘设备,显示了高效除尘和低压降性能。The particle removal efficiency and pressure drop of rotating packed bed is investigated in this paper,with high gravity rotating packed bed used as particle removal equipment and superfine talc used to simulate industrial micron scale dust. The results show that the total removal efficiency is more than 97 % and the pressure drop of the equipment is less than 490 Pa, under the following conditions that the gas flow rate of 500 - 700 m3/h, liquid flow rate of 0.6 - 1.0 m3/h, rotational speed ranges of 800 - 1 400 r/min and axial plane mesh number of 3. The high gravity rotating packed bed has a high particle removal efficiency and lower pressure compared with other conventional equipment.
