摘　　要：论述了粘结剂在配煤炼焦中的作用机理,介绍了40 kg试验焦炉进行粘结剂效果、最佳粘结剂及其配比选择的试验过程。提出了添加粘结剂的炼焦配煤方案,扩大了弱粘结性煤的配入比例,降低了生产成本,具有一定的经济效益。Discussed oven, including the ing adding binder in the role of the effect of binder coking er in coal coking mechanism, introduced the testing process of 40kg coke best choice of binder and the ratio of binder. Provided a program concernexpanded the ratio of weakly coking coax and reduced the production cost, made a certain economic benefits.
