摘  要:轴向力和功耗是双螺杆磨浆机设计的重要参数,目前尚无理论计算方法。根据实验观察和分析,固体料塞是影响双螺杆磨浆机轴向力和功耗的主要因素。料塞一般出现在双螺杆磨浆机反向螺旋和正、反向螺旋的结合区域。考虑反向螺旋中料塞的作用,根据力平衡原理建立了反向螺旋料塞的剪切模型和流动模型,根据该模型可以求解双螺杆磨浆机螺杆扭矩、功耗、轴向力和流率。与实验测量结果相比,当反向螺旋扣数、反向螺旋狭槽宽度变化时,理论计算和测量结果有较好的一致性。该研究对双螺杆磨浆机的优化设计具有重要的意义。Screw axial force and power consumption are important design parameters of twin screw pulping extruder, and now there are no theoretical calculation methods for them. According to experiment observations and analysis, material plug is a main factor affecting screw axial force and power consumption of the twin screw pulping extruder. And the material plug appears generally in reverse thread and in joint area of positive and reverse threads. Considering action of the material plug in reverse thread and according to static balance principle, the paper proposes a shear model and a flow model of the material plug in reverse thread, and screw axial force, power consumption and flow rate can be derived from the models. Comparing with testing results, when changing the number of thread lead or the flume width on the flight of reverse thread, theoretical calculation from the models and testing results are better consistent. The work of the paper is helpful to optimizing design of twin screw pulping extruder.
