摘 要:建立了用高效液相色谱(HPLC)/二极管阵列检测器(DAD)同时检测粉状化妆品中多种有机着色剂的检测方法。样品采用甲醇+水(1∶1)提取溶剂超声提取15min后,以乙腈-磷酸二氢钾缓冲溶液(pH=6)为流动相梯度洗脱,在240nm的波长下用DAD对9种目标物同时进行检测。用保留时间结合目标化合物的紫外吸收光谱定性,外标法定量。方法的平均回收率(n=9)在90.31%~99.10%的范围内,精密度RSD在1.95%~4.61%之间。方法简单、快速,能有效提取和分离测定粉状化妆品中多种有机着色剂。将该方法用于实际样品的检测,结果令人满意。A new method for the simultaneous separation and determination of 9 kinds of organic colorants in powder cosmetics by high performance chromatography/diode array detection (HPLC/DAD) has been established. The cosmetics were extracted by methanol-H2O(1:1), the obtained filtrate was analyzed by HPLC at λ= 240nm. Acetonitrile KH2PO4 buffer solution(pH = 6)was used as mobile phase for gradient elution. The nine organic colorants were completely separated within 15 rain. Qual-itative analysis of colorants was based on their retention times and their ultraviolet absorption spectra. External standard method was applied for quantitative analysis. The results showed that: the average recoveries were 90.31%-99.10% and relative standard deviations(n=9) were between 1.95% to 4.61%. The method is simple, rapid, accurate and suitable for the determination of the nine organic colorants in powder cosmetics. The method has been applied to the actual samples, the results were satisfactory.
