故宫游客对景区噪声感知情况的调查分析

摘　　要：首先分析了故宫在不同时间段、不同景点噪声污染特点,然后采取问卷调查、双因素分析法分析了不同群体游客对故宫噪声的感知状况.研究结果表明:在不同的时间段故宫均存在噪声污染;不同性别、出游方式对游客噪声感知没有明显影响;不同年龄、学历、游览次数、游览目的的游客对噪声感知存在显著差异.为了给游客创造更好的游览环境,需要从噪声控制、创造理想的声环境两个方面对故宫噪声加强管理.In this study,the noise pollution characteristics of the Palace Museum were investigated at different time periods and different spots. Then the questionnaire and two-factor method were utilized to analysis the perceptions of the different groups of tourists on the National Palace Museum s noise. In the National Palace Museum,the noise pollution existed in different time periods and different spots. The result indicated the tourists noise perception was not obviously affected by the factor of sexes and travel modes while was significant influenced by differences of ages, degrees, number of visiting and purposes. For giving visitors a better environment, managers should control noise from two aspects of controlling noise and creating ideal soundscape.
