摘  要:京沪高速铁路南京大胜关长江大桥南引桥合建区32 m简支箱梁采用移动支架现浇施工,移动支架主要由钢管柱、分配梁、贝雷纵梁、模板系统、导梁系统、贝雷纵梁下放系统及地面纵横移系统等组成。采用导梁分组吊装贝雷纵梁方案,成功解决了移动支架贝雷纵梁外形尺寸大、重量重、安装高度高等难题。导梁由贝雷梁拼装而成,通过支腿支承于墩顶并实现纵横移,采用4台5 t卷扬机同步提升贝雷纵梁。该施工方案充分利用现有资源,增强移动支架的机械化程度,最大程度上缩短施工周期,取得了可观的经济及社会效益。The 32-m span simply-supported box girders for the joint construction section of the south approach bridge of Nanjing Dashengguan Changjiang River Bridge on Beijing-Shanghai High-Speed Railway were cast in situ by the movable shuttering form. The shuttering form is mainly made up of the steel pipe columns, distribution beams, longitudinal Bailey truss girders, form system, launching nose system, lowering system and ground longitudinally and transversely shifting system of the truss girders. By utilizing the construction scheme of lifting and installing the longitudinal Bailey truss girder components in group by the launching nose, the construction problem of the huge size, heavy weight and great installation hight of the truss girders has been successfully resolved. The launching nose is an one also assembled by the Bailey truss, is supported on tops of piers and can be moved longitudinally and transversely via the supporting legs, and four sets of the 5 t hoists are used to synchronously lift the Bailey truss girders in place. The construction scheme presented herewith has made full use of the existing resource, improved the degree of the mechanization of the shuttering form, shortened the construction time schedule to the greatest extent and has achieved considerable social and economic benefits.
