摘 要:辐射空调是一种新型、节能的空调方式,但其可行性与节能性与气候条件、建筑类别等密切相关。本文采用EnergyPlus软件结合典型气象年参数(CTYW)对西安某高层住宅建筑的能耗状况进行了模拟,对比和分析了变风量空调系统、风机盘管系统、辐射空调系统加自然通风等几种空调方案对建筑全年能耗的影响,表明了顶板辐射加自然通风这种空调型式适合在西安气候条件下的住宅建筑应用,可达到节能效果,是住宅建筑空调系统设计的优选方案之一。Energy consumption surveys on several office buildings and some large public buildings show that optimized air conditioning system design may help to reduce energy consumptions. Radiant ceiling panel system combined with natural ventilation is a new and energy-saving air-conditioning mode. However, whether the design is feasible and energy-saving is related to construction pattern and local climate, etc. To this end, energy simulation program EnergyPlus was adopted to study energy consuming condition of a 28-storied high-rise residential building in Xi'an to find out its feasibility in local climate conditions. Typical Year Weather (TYW) data of Xi'an was applied. The residential building is totally 87 meters high and 14961 m^2 large. Annual energy consumption were analyzed and compared when the building is installed with radiant ceiling panel with dedicated outdoor air system, fan coil system or radiant ceiling panel system with natural ventilation. Results indicate that radiant ceiling panel system with natural ventilation is feasible for using in residential building in Xi'an and significant energy saving effect can be achieved. Therefore, it is a good choice of air-conditioning design for residential buildings.
