摘  要:目的:观察天津市流感病毒流行特点以及流感样病例集体暴发监测情况。方法:2007年10月~2009年3月2个冬春季监测周期的流感样患者咽拭子标本采用MDCK细胞分离流感病毒,用红细胞凝集抑制试验进行型和亚型的鉴定。用RT-PCR方法及MDCK细胞分离方法检测2007年~2008年流感样病例暴发疫情发热患者咽拭子标本。结果:2个监测周期共采集流感样患者咽拭子标本1247份,分离出流感毒株382株,总检出率为30.6%,A(H1N1)、A(H3N2)和B型流感病毒均有发现。99份流感样病例暴发疫情咽拭子标本流感病毒经RT-PCR检测,39份阳性,全部为B型;经MDCK细胞分离鉴定,共分离出流感毒株53株,其中A(H1N1)亚型4株,B型49株。结论:天津地区同时存在A(H1N1)、A(H3N2)和B型流感病毒。天津市2007年~2008年流感样病例暴发疫情主要为B型,仅在2008年12月底出现一起A(H1N1)亚型流感疫情。Objective:To analyze the epidemic situation of influenza virus in Tianjin,and the outbreak of influenza-like illness.Methods:The influenza virus isolation was performed by MDCK cells from Oct.2007 to Mar.2009.The identification of the isolates was carried out with hemagglutination(HA) and hemagglutination inhibition(HI) tests.Influenza-like illness outbreak surveillance specimens in 2007~2008 were detected by RT-PCR and MDCK cell.Results:1247 throat swab specimens from patients with influenza-like illness were collected in Tianjin area in two surveillance periods,and 382 strains(30.6%) of influenza virus were isolated.Subtype A(H1N1),A(H3N2) and type B were all detected.There were 99 influenza-like illness outbreak surveillance specimens in 2007~2008.39 samples were detected by RT-PCR,all type B.Among 53 samples isolated by MDCK cells,only 4 were subtype A(H1N1) and others were type B.Conclusion:There were three epidemic types of influenza viruses-subtype A(H1N1),A(H3N2) and type B in Tianjin area.Influenza-like illness outbreak specimens during 2007~2008 mostly were type B,only 4 subtype A(H1N1) detected in December 2008.
