摘 要:复合型甲基二乙醇胺(MDEA)水溶液对烟气二氧化硫具有良好的吸收性,其废液再生循环利用技术的研究进一步完善了烟气脱硫设备节能减排之需。实验采用中空纤维陶瓷膜组件为再生器,用真空膜蒸馏法再生吸收了二氧化硫的MDEA富液,着重研究了废液温度变化对其再生率和蒸馏通量的影响,用气相色谱法测得废液在各实验温度下的再生色谱图。结果表明:废液的最佳再生温度为70℃,此时再生率可达98%。The compound methyldiethanolamine (MDEA) aqueous solution offers high adsorption efficiency of SO2 in flue gas. The research and development of waste solution regeneration and reutilization technologies have provided effective means for flue gas desulfurization equipment to meet the requirements of energy conservation and emission reduction. In the tests, the polypropylene hollow fiber membrane contactor was used as regenerator and vacuum membrane distillation was applied to regenerate waste rich MDEA aqueous solution absorbed with SO2 from flue gas. The impacts of the solution temperature variations on regeneration efficiency and distillation flux were studied in detail. It is shown by the chromatograms that the most appropriate regeneration temperature for VMD is 70 ℃ at which the regeneration efficiency can reach 98%.
