摘  要:采用Winner99显微颗粒图像分析仪,分析了水溶性催化剂在渣油中的分散性,建立了分散性能参数来评价水溶性盐在渣油中的分散效果。利用密度法和改进的Brown-Ladner(B-L)法分析了胶质-沥青质的化学结构。结果表明:水溶性催化剂在渣油中的分散性由渣油乳化体系组分之间相互作用的情况来决定,蒸馏水在不同渣油中的分散性与活性组分、元素组成含量之间不存在对应关系,而与化学结构参数链长呈正相关性。The dispersion of water-soluble catalyst in residue oil was analyzed by microscopic image analyzer Winner99, and dispersion parameters were established to evaluate the dispersion of water-soluble catalysts in residue. The chemical structures of resin and asphahene components were analyzed by the modified Brown-Ladner' s method and density method. The results indicate that the dispersion of water-soluble catalyst is determined by the interaction of components of residue emulsification system, and the dispersion of distilled water in different residues has no corresponding relationship with the content of active components and element composition, but has positive associations with chemical structures parameter-chain length.
