摘　　要：白细胞介素(IL)是主要由单个核细胞如活化的T细胞和单核-巨噬细胞等分泌的一类免疫活性因子。免疫系统紊乱是Graves病发生发展的重要因素之一。最近研究证实,IL参与Graves病及Graves眼病免疫紊乱的各个阶段,在其发生机制中具有重要作用。通过纠正IL的表达失衡,调节Graves病免疫自稳,这可能成为Graves病免疫学治疗的新方向。Interleukin（IL） is a series of cytokines secreted by mononuclear cells （including activated T cells, monocytes, etc. ）. Immune dysfunction plays important roles in the development of Graves＇ disease. New researches support that there is a closely relation between IL and the course of Graves＇ disease and Graves ＇ ophthalmopathy, so IL may play important roles in the mechanism of Graves＇ disease. Correction the imbalance of IL to regulate the immune homeostasis of Graves＇ disease might be a new method to treat human Graves＇ disease.
