摘 要:以金鱼为研究对象,探讨了在壬基酚(Nonylphenol)暴露下金鱼肝脏组织内丙二醛(Malondialdehyde)含量变化率的改变。实验研究表明:壬基酚对金鱼肝脏组织脂质过氧化的损伤效应随着剂量的不同而不同,在一定范围内具有明显的剂量-效应关系,剂量超出一定范围后,这种关系不再明显。在"时间-效应"关系上,壬基酚对金鱼肝脏组织脂质过氧化损伤随着时间的推移有明显的改变,但这种关系因剂量不同而不同,低剂量组时间累积效应较弱,高剂量组时间累积效应较强,中剂量组时间累积效应最强。Taking goldfish as the research object, it discussed the change that the change rate of the MDA's content in the goldfish liver tissue when the nonylphenol was exposed. Experimental study showed that: the damaging effect of the Nonylphenol on goldfish liver tissue lipid peroxidation was variant with the nonylphenol's does change. There was a clear dose - response relationship at a certain range. But beyond a certain dose range, this relationship was no longer obvious. At the relationship of "time - effect", the damage that nonylpheno/ on goldfish liver tissue lipid peroxidation had obviously changed with the passage of time, but this relationship varied by dose. To the low dose group, the time cumulative effect was weak; To the high dose group, the time cumulative effect was strong; To the middle dose group, the time cumulative effect was the strongest.
