摘　　要：随着教育法律的不断完善并逐渐深入人心,以及人们对生命价值认识的提高,校园侵权日益成为人们关注的问题。但人们研究更多的是显性的身体伤害,忽视了另外一种伤害——隐性伤害。本文通过对隐性校园表现形式的阐释,全面、深入地剖析隐性校园侵权的成因,针对性地提出隐性校园侵权的有效预防和减少的策略措施,以创建一个以法治教、尊重权利的教育新局面。Infringement on campus becomes the concern increasingly.But people focus more on the dominant physical injury, neglect another injury - hidden harm. This paper analyses deeply the causes of recessive infringement on campus by interpreting the performance of the recessive form, puts forward effective prevention strategies and reduction measures to create a new teaching situation by law, giving more respect to the right.
