摘  要:目的:探讨异氟烷(Isoflurane,Iso)体表抗伤害作用与脊髓α2受体的关系。方法:使用热板法和热水甩尾法进行实验。将符合实验要求的120只小鼠随机分成热板法组和热水甩尾法组,每组60只,各组均分为以下亚组,对照组(NS组),镇痛组(Iso组),单用育亨宾(Yohimbine,Yoh)组(Yoh15组、Yoh5组),合用药组(Iso+Yoh15组、Iso+Yoh5组)。热板法中以舔后足潜伏期、甩尾法中以甩尾潜伏期为指标,分别观察两个浓度的Yoh对Iso体表镇痛作用的影响。结果:单独鞘内注射15μg或5μgYoh对观察指标无影响(P>0.05);Iso+Yoh15组与镇痛组比较,两种潜伏期均明显缩短(P<0.01);Iso+Yoh5组与镇痛组比较,两种潜伏期均缩短(P<0.05)。结论:Iso产生的体表抗伤害作用与激动脊髓肾上腺素α2受体有关。Objective:To investigate if the surface antinociceptic effects of Isoflurane (Iso) are related to α2 adrenoceptors in spinal cord. Methods:The hot-plate test and hot water tail-flick test were used. 120 mice which had met the test requirements were randomly divided into hot-plate test group and hot water tail-flick test group,with 60 mice in each group. The two groups were further divided into the following subgroups,control group (NS group),analgesia groups (Iso group),alone Yohimbine (Yoh) groups (Yoh15 group,Yoh5 group),combined treatment groups (Iso+Yoh15 group,Iso+Yoh5 group). The licking hind foot latency in hot-plate test and tail-flick latency in tail-flick test served as indexes were observed to survey the influence of the two different concentrations of Yoh on surface analgesic effects of Iso. Results:Separate intrathecal injection of 15 μg or 5 μg Yoh had no effect on the observed indexes (P0.05); the two latencies of Iso+Yoh15 group in the two tests were significantly shorter than those of Iso group (P0.01). The two test latencies of Iso+Yoh5 group were shorter than those of Iso group (P0.05). Conclusion:The surface antinociceptic effects of Iso are related to the excited α2 adrenoceptors in spinal cord.
