氧化亚氮吸入联合山莨菪碱缓解产程中疼痛的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨氧化亚氮吸入联合山莨菪碱在产程中的作用。方法:正常足月初产妇300例,分为联合组、氧化亚氮组及对照组,各100例。分析产程中的镇痛效果、产程长短、分娩方式、产后出血情况及新生儿情况。结果:山莨菪碱联合氧化亚氮镇痛有效率为100.00%,产程缩短约4h,且助产及剖宫产率显著降低。单用氧化亚氮有效率为90.17%,产程缩短约1.5h。结论:氧化亚氮吸入联合山莨菪碱能有效制止分娩过程中的疼痛,缩短产程,减少母婴并发症,且价格低廉、安全可靠。Objective：To explore the effects of nitrous oxid inspiration combined with Anisodamine. Methods：300 cases of preganant women were divided into joint group,nitrous oxide group and control group,each 100 cases,and to analyze the analgesic effect of the length of labor,mode of delivery,postpartum bleeding and neonatal conditions in the stage of labor. Results：The analgesia effect of nitrous oxide combined with Anisodamine was 100.00%,the stage of labor was shortened by about 4 hours,and also reduced the midwifery and caesarean birth rate significantly. While the effect of only using nitrous oxide was 90.17%,and the stage of labor was shortened by about 1.5 hours. Conclusion：Nitrous oxide inspiration combined with Anisodamine can alleviate pain during the childbirth process effectively. It can shorten the stage of labor and reduce the infant and maternal complications. Its price is inexpensive and it is also safe and reliable.
