摘　　要：目的:探讨松弛疗法在高通气综合征中的作用,为帮助患者减轻其焦虑、制订有效的护理方案提供科学依据。方法:以便利抽样法,应用Nijmegen问卷调查对48例高通气综合征患者进行问卷调查,对调查内容进行统计分析。结果:实验组患者Nijmegen评定均分结果与国内常模有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论:松弛疗法可作为护理干预的手段之一,帮助患者降低高通气综合征发病率,以提高疗效和生命质量。Objective：To investigate the role of the relaxation therapy in hyperventilation syndrome,and help the patients to alleviate their anxiety and provide a scientific basis for the development of the effective care programs. Methods：Using the Nijmegen questionnaire to investigate 48 cases of patients with hyperventilation syndrome in order to get the results of statistical analysis. Results：There was significant difference between the experimental group and control group （P0.05）. Conclusion：In order to improve the efficacy and quality of life,the relaxation therapy can be used as a means of nursing interventions to help patients reduce the incidence of hyperventilation syndrome.
