摘　　要：目的:研究妇炎灵颗粒的毒性。方法:实验分为4组,即对照组(蒸馏水组)及妇炎灵颗粒高、中、低剂量(20、15、10g/kg)组,一次最大剂量给药,一日分4次给药,连续给药3个月。给药后检测大鼠血常规及肝、肾功能,并尸检各主要脏器;停药2周后再次检测上述指标,以观察是否存在异常。结果:给药后,大鼠体质量逐渐增长,发育良好。血常规和肝、肾功能的检测均在常值范围之内。停药2周后再次检测上述各项指标和尸检各脏器未见异常。结论:妇炎灵颗粒对大鼠没有毒性作用。Objective：To study the toxicology of fuyanling Granules. Methods：The experiment was performed in 4 groups：one control group （normal water） and three fuyanling subgroups （20,15,10 g/kg）. After administration for a maximum dose,four times a day and three consecutive months,the blood routie and the function of liver,kidney were measured in rats,and the autopsy of the major organs was performed. After drug withdrawal for two works,the above indexes were measured again to find out the abnormality. Results：After medication,the rats experienced a gradual increase in body weight and developed well. The blood routie and the function of liver and kidney were all normal. It is the same after drug with drawal for two works. Conclusion：Fuyanling Granules have not toxic effects in rats.
