摘　　要：目的:探讨老年肺癌患者呼吸道并发症的原因,并提出相应的护理对策。方法:对2006年1月～2008年12月我院收治的45例61岁以上老年肺癌患者,在放、化疗期间进行全方位精心护理。结果:取得了较为满意的效果,其中仅4例患者发生呼吸道并发症,经过治疗和有效的呼吸道护理,症状得到控制,均能按原计划完成放、化疗。结论:精心护理是预防老年肺癌患者呼吸道并发症的关键,对提高老年肺癌患者的生活质量具有重大意义。Objective：To explore why the respiratory tract complications happened in the aged lung cancer patients and present the corresponding nursing means. Methods：The 45 aged lung cancer patients,which age all beyond 61,were all nursed carefully during their radiation therapy and chemotherapy in our hospital during the period from Jan. 2006 to Dec. 2008. Results：The results were satisfying,only 4 of them got the respiratory tract complications,these complications were controlled effectively and the radiation therapy and chemotherapy were completed according to the original plan after our all-round carful nursing. Conclusion：The all-round carful nursing is the key to prevent the respiratory tract complications to the aged lung cancer patients and also is magnificent meaningful to the life of the aged lung cancer patients.
