摘　　要：利用P2P即时网络通信技术对危重患者进行在线实时评分,能有效评估患者的病情,同时利用该技术实现了跨地区间医院ICU科室间的即时在线会诊服务,提高了基层医院ICU的临床诊治水平,更好为危重患者提供高水平的医疗服务的目的。Using the P2P real-time network communication technology in online real-time scores for critical patients,what can effectively get an assessment of the patients＇ condition. At the same time,it can realize the real-time online consultation service between departments of ICU in regional hospital,as to improve the clinical diagnosis of basic-level hospitals in the Intensive Care Unit （ICU）,which is better for critically ill patients with a high level of medical service.
