摘　　要：目的观察蛇伤凉血合剂对烙铁头蛇咬伤的临床疗效。方法将68例病人分为两组,均给予常规治疗,治疗组加服蛇伤凉血合剂。观察比较两组疗效及肿胀消退时间、疼痛缓解时间、局部坏死发生率、肢体功能受限发生率、住院时间等指标。结果两组病人临床疗效、肿胀消退时间、疼痛缓解时间、局部坏死发生率、肢体功能受限发生率、住院时间均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论蛇伤凉血合剂对烙铁头蛇咬伤有显著疗效。Objective To observe the clinic efficacy of treating. Trimeresurus mucrosquamatus bite by Sheshan- gliangxue mixture. Methods The 68 cases was divided into two groups, all of them accepted regular treatment. The treatment group was treated with Sheshangliangxue mixture in addition. To compare the therapeutic efficacy and the time of clinical symptom disappear etc. Results The clinical efficacy between two groups had significant difference, the treatment group was batter than another. Conclusion Sheshangliangxue mixture had marked efficacy in treating Trimeresurus mucrosquamatus bite.
