中药敷帖综合治疗特发性神经麻痹的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察中药敷贴综合治疗特发性面神经麻痹的疗效。方法采用随机对照研究,将首次诊断为特发性面神经麻痹的患者随机分为2组。治疗组30例用中药敷贴加基础治疗;对照组30例用强的松加基础治疗。基础治疗包括多种维生素治疗、针灸、理疗等。结果治疗组总有效率与对照组比较,无统计学差异。面瘫恢复时间2组亦无明显差异。结论中药敷贴治疗特发性面神经麻痹疗效好,安全性高。Objective To observe the curative effect of complex therapy of TCM application method on idiopathic facial palsy. Methods The patients diagnosed as idiopathic facial palsy for the first time were randomly divided into two groups based on random control study. The treatment group （n=30） were treated with TCM application method and basic treatment, and the control group （n= 30） was treated with prednisone and basic treatment. The basic treatment included various Vitamins, acupuncture and physical therapy. Results The result of the comparison between two groups showed that there was no statistical different in the total effective rate, and also no significant different in recovery time. Conclusion TCM application method has a satisfactory curative effect on idiopathic facial palsy with a higher safety.
