摘　　要：从指数的改进和应用两个角度阐述了h指数的研究和发展现状,总结了用h指数进行实证分析的步骤,指出h指数今后可能的研究和应用重点,以期为h指数的继续发展和应用提供借鉴和参考。This article expatiates the research and development status of h-index from the improvement and application of the index,sums up the steps of empirical analysis with h-index,and points out the future possible focus of h-index research and application so that the others may use our experience for reference in the successive development and application of h-index.
