导师一岗三责制培养中医药基础专业研究生模式的创建与实践

摘　　要：由于导师是研究生培养阶段的重要成员之一,导师的言行对学生的影响深远,因此有必要进一步发挥导师在研究生培养中的主导作用,建立导师既负责研究生的专业指导,又负责思想教导和就业引导的培养模式,强化导师的责任意识。通过对辽宁中医药大学中医药专业硕士生创立和实施"一岗三责制"的培养模式,证明导师一岗三责制培养中医药专业硕士生模式有利于全面提高中医药基础专业硕士生的政治和业务素质,值得进一步推广实施。The words and deeds of a tutor have far-reaching impacts on his students because he is one of important members in the training stage of postgraduates. It is necessary to play the dominant role of tutors furthermore in postgraduate training. The training mode of tutorial system of one position with three responsibilities should be established, in which a tutor is responsible for professional instruction, virtue education and employment guidance. Liaoning University of Chinese Medicine has set up and practiced the training mode of tutorial system of one position with three responsibilities for the students for master＇ s degree of TCM basic theory specialty. The mode is propitious to the improvement of political and professional quality of students and is worth spread and implement.
