摘 要:供应商选择是企业采购过程中的一个重要问题,由于涉及因素众多,且许多因素难以定量描述,故不易精确求解。文章根据实际需要,提出以多专家AHP和灰色综合评价相结合的分析方法,建立了供应商选择的综合评价模型。多专家AHP用于确定供应商选择的标准,减少了决策的主观性;灰色综合评价用于确定最终的供应商排序,方法简便易行且精确高效。最后通过实例证明了该方法的合理性与实用性。该模型能够比较系统、科学地对供应商进行评价,使评价结果更为客观可靠。Vendor selection is an important issue in the corporate procurement. It involves a lot of factors many of which are difficult to quantify, so it is difficult to accurately solve this problem. Based on the actual needs, this paper proposes an analysis method using group AHP and gray comprehensive evaluation, then establishes a comprehensive evaluation model for vendor selection. Group AHP is used to determine the standard of vendor selection to prevent the subjective decision-making, and gray comprehensive evaluation is used to determine the final ranking of vendors. That's a useful method which is easy, accurate and efficient. Finally, an example proves that the method is reasonable and practical. Vendors can be evaluated systematically and scientifically through this method which makes the result of the evaluation is more objective and credible.
