摘　　要：在理解了BizTalk Server(BTS)数据集成原理的基础上,我们研究了BTS2006作为数据传输和系统接口中间件在遗留系统和新开发系统数据集成中的应用。将此理论应用于企业诊断中,设计了在企业诊断中的数据集成解决方案以及数据接入部分的算法和轮询算法,并且实现了在企业诊断系统中的数据集成。文章所阐述的在企业诊断中数据集成的解决方案具有通用性和灵活性等优点。BizTalk Server, working as data transmission and middleware of system integration, and its applications in data integration of legacy systems and new application are researched, after understanding the theory of data integration based on BizTalk Server. Put the theory to the enterprises’ diagnosis, then design the solution on data integration for enterprises’ diagnosis, the arithmetic of data connecting and the arithmetic of polling. Finally, implement the data integration for enterprise ’s diagnosing system. The solution on data integration for the enterprises＇ diagnosis takes on virtues of universal and flexibility.
