摘　　要：应用Java和JDOM编程技术,以XML技术、中间件技术和应用适配器为异构数据交换平台的技术支持,重点讨论了异构数据交换平台的系统设计与实现技术,实现了解决行政审批中的异构数据交换的目的,系统具有良好的数据封装、交换、共享、互操作性和跨平台性。Applied with Java programming technology, and supported Heterogeneous Data Exchange Platform by XML technology and middleware technology, we focused on the system’s design and technologic implementation, and the system achieved a method to solve the question about exchange of heterogeneous data of administrative examination and approval , and it has a good package of data, exchange, sharing, interoperability and cross-platform nature.
