摘　　要：现有数字迎新系统存在难以适应业务频繁交互和重构的需求、难以根据实际需求变化快捷方便地进行业务流程再造等缺陷。SOA服务的特性可以减少系统异构性、互操作性,并提高系统的敏捷性和可重用性。在SOA系统架构思想下使用SOA编程铁三角技术,可以在最大限度重用高校已有系统资源的基础上构架一个新的高校迎新系统,为上述问题提供可参考解决方案。The current University Enroll Systems have many demerits, such as it can’t adapt the need of frequently alter or reconfigure of the operations, it can t rebuild the workflow fast according to the change of the work plan, and so on. The merits of SOA Services help to reduce the system heterogeneous and interoperability well, while increase the system sensitiveness and reusability. A new enroll system which is based on SOA and using the three core programming skills of SOA can provide a reference solution to solve the problems above while make the most of the university＇s existent system resources.
