摘　　要：随着Web服务的发展,Web服务的请求者对服务的要求不仅包括功能属性方面,还包括非功能属性方面,如Web服务的服务质量(QoS)。介绍了两种类型的服务请求者QoS约束,通过服务请求者的QoS约束,设计了树型多QoS约束的动态Web服务选择机制,从而根据服务请求者的功能和质量要求,选择最优的Web服务。With the development of Web services, the service demand of the Web services’s requests include not only functional aspects,but also non-functional aspects such as Quality of Service （QoS）. The paper introduces the two types of service requester ’s QoS constraints, designs a dynamic Web service selection mechanism which is defined on the tree model of Multi -QoS constraints based on the QoS constraints of service requester, and then according to the service requesters’ functional and quality requirements,select the best Web services.
