摘　　要：为了对舱音记录器中舱音背景声声特征进行高效和准确管理,设计实现了舱音背景声声特征管理信息系统。通过DeLphi流TStream类以及内存流TmemoryStream实现对多媒体文件的操作,利用Delphi提供的ADO组件实现与Access数据库的连接,开发了舱音背景声声信息特征管理信息系统。使用表明:舱音背景声声特征管理信息系统实现了对舱音特征的高效和准确管理。采用管理信息系统进行舱音背景声声特征的管理是实用的方法。Aim at efficient and correct management of characteristics of cockpit back-ground sound,management information system of characteristic of cockpit back-ground sound was developed. Utilizing TStream and TmemoryStream to handle multi-media files,and realizing connection with Access database by ADO component provided in Delphi,the management information system of cockpit background sound characteristic was constructed. Result shows the management information system of cockpit back-ground sound characteristic has realized efficient and correct management of characteristics of cockpit back-ground sound. Utilizing management information system to manage characteristics of cockpit background sound is a practical way.
