摘  要:采用试验和微观组织分析的方法,研究了冷轧微碳深冲钢板的再结晶组织和织构的特点以及AlN相析出对{111}织构形成过程的影响。研究结果表明,{111}织构从再结晶的形核阶段就已经开始形成,而且在其形成和初始长大过程中吞噬了非{111}织构组分。退火时采用慢速升温有利于AlN相充分析出和长大,促进了{111}织构的形成,从而抑制了非{111}织构组分,提高了微碳深冲钢板的成形性能。With the methods of experiment and microstructure analysis,the characteristics of the recrystallized structure and texture in the cold rolled micro-carbon deep drawing steel sheet,as well as the effect of the precipitation of AlN upon the formation of {111} texture were investigated.The results show that the {111} texture comes into being even in the stage of nucleation,and the non-{111} texture is nibbled by the {111} texture during its formation and early growth in the course of recrystallization.Slow increasing of temperature during the batch annealing is in favor of the precipitation and growth of AIN, which facilitates the formation of the {111} texture, accordingly restraining the proportion of non- {111} texture and improving the deformation performance of the deep drawing steel sheet.
