摘　　要：根据球墨铸铁管的退火工艺,设计和制造了长47m的球墨铸铁管连续式退火炉,并出口印度应用于生产。以LIL-47m连续式退火炉为例,较详细地计算了退火炉加热段的加热功率。通过实际生产情况,证明了此球墨铸铁管连续式退火炉性能可以满足设计和使用要求。A 47 m long ductile cast iron pipe continuous annealing furnace was designed,constructed according to annealing technoloty of the pipe,and then put it into real production in India.By taking this furnace as an example,heating power for the furnace heating zone is calculated in detail and its performances are shown through testing specifications in real production.It is proved that annealing requirements for ductile cast iron pipe can be met with this furnace.
