摘  要:直焊缝焊后感应热处理用横向磁场感应器拆分为主线圈与副线圈两部分,并分别设计制作了3种主线圈与3种副线圈。通过研究主、副线圈不同组合情况下所构成的感应器磁场、优化感应器结构,分析得出了各种感应器对焊缝感应加热的影响。所分析的感应器结构参数包括主线圈凹槽深度与宽度,副线圈相对主线圈配置的角度等。The inductor used in the post heat treatment of straight welded seam was divided into two parts,named as chief coil and sub-coil,respectively.And accordingly,three kinds of chief coil and sub-coil were fabricated.Thus different combinations of transverse magnetic inductors can be studied,and the structure of the inductor was optimized.As a result,the influence of different inductor on the heated straight seam were analyzed.The parameters concerned in the study include:the groove size and width in the chief coil and the angle between chief coil and sub-coil, and so on.
