摘 要:(Capsicum annuum L.)品种的子叶和下胚轴,分别离体培养在附加不同激素的MS培养基上,对诱导外植体不定芽分化和芽伸长的影响因素如苗龄、基因型、外植体、激素组合等进行研究。结果表明,苗龄对外植体不定芽分化有直接影响;子叶的不定芽分化率高于下胚轴;不定芽的分化率对基因型有很大的依赖性,赤霉素(GA_3)、AgNO_3的添加能使芽伸长率提高。通过结果比较,筛选出了辣椒叶和下胚轴离体再生的较好芽分化培养基为MS+1.0 mg/L玉米素(ZT)+0.2 mg/L吲哚乙酸(IAA);芽伸长培养基为MS+1.0 ng/L ZT+0.2 mg/LIAA+2.0 ng/L GA_3+5.0 mg/L AgNO_3;生根培养基为MS+0.1 mg/L IAA+0.2 mg/L萘乙酸(NAA)。The cotyledon and hpyocotyl explants of three chilli pepper cultivars were selected to culture on the MS medium with different hormones. The effect of seedling stage, genotype, explant and hormone on the tissue culture in pepper explants was investigated. The results showed that seeding stage of explants had a direct impact on the shoot induction rate, shoot induction rate of cotyledons was higher than that of the hypocotyls, the genotype was very important to the shoot induction and elongation rate and GA3, AgNO3 can improve the elongation rate. The best media for shoot induction is MS+ZT 1.0 mg/L+IAA 0.2 mg/L, shoot elongation medium is MS + ZT 1.0 mg/L +IAA 0. 2/mg/L +GA3 2.0 mg/L +AgNO3 5.0 mg/L, rooting medium is MS +IAA 0. 1 mg/L +NAA 0. 2 mg/L.
