摘 要:乌桕是一种经济价值较高的木本油料树种,其种子中的油脂可用于食用油源、工业油源和动力油源,是一种可再生能源培养的优良树种。对乌桕茎段进行离体培养和快速繁殖研究。在初代培养中,先用70%的酒精对带芽茎段消毒30s,再用0.1%升汞灭菌10min,污染率可降到26.5%。在最佳培养基WPM+6-BA0.5mg/L+NAA0.05mg/L中进行芽诱导,30d后的诱导率可达62.9%。在MS+6-BA1.0mg/L+KT0.5mg/L+NAA0.5mg/L上进行继代增殖培养,增殖效果最好,增值率为81.2%,增殖倍数为3.2倍。将健壮的无根单芽接种于1/2MS+IBA0.5mg/L上进行生根诱导,生根率可达93.3%。An experiment was conducted to study in vitro shoot culture and micropropagation of Chinese tallow tree (Sapium sebiferum (L.) Roxb. ). Results showed that, in primary culture, the contamination rate reached 26.5% when the explants were disinfected with 70% ethanol for 30 seconds and with 0.1% HgCl2 for 10 minutes. The medium of WPM supplemented with 6-BA 0.5 mg/L and NAA 0.05 mg/L was excellent for the primary culture, with an induction rate of 62.9%, and MS supplemented with 6-BA 1.0 mg/L, KT 0.5 mg/L, NAA 0.5 mg/L was the optimal medium for subculture, with a multiplication rate or 81.2% and a multiplication coefficient of 3.2. Roots were induced on the medium of 1/2MS with 0.5 mg/L IBA, exhibiting a rooting rate of 93.3%.
