Effectiveness of Low-quality Forest Improvement in Forest Region of Xiaoxing'an Mountains

摘  要:观测小兴安岭低质林改造试验样地苗木的成活和生长状况,运用统计分析的方法,研究不同改造方式造林的成活率及生长率。结果表明:横山带造林成活率高于顺山带和林窗的造林成活率,而顺山带造林生长率略高于横山带和林窗的造林生长率。从三种树种在同一改造方式内的造林效果看,红松造林成活率高于云杉和落叶松。带状皆伐选择8~10m采伐带宽度的造林成活率及生长率较高,造林更新效果较好。从幼苗成活率、生长率看,中等林窗是造林更新的适宜面积。成活率及生长率混交造林好于纯林。An experiment was conducted to study survival rate and growth status of low-quality forests under various improvement patterns in Tieli Forestry Bureau of Xiaoxing' an Mountains. Results show that the survival rates of trees in the across mountain belts at the same altitude are higher than those of trees both in the mountain vertical belts at different altitudes and in the forest gaps, while the growth rates of trees in the mountain vertical belts are higher compared with those of trees both in the across mountain belts and in the forest gaps. Judging from the improvement results for different tree species under the same improvement pattern, the survival rate of Korean pine is higher than those of spruce and larch. Strip clearcutting sites with strip width of 8 to 10 meters show higher growth and survival rates. Medium-sized forest gaps are suitable for reforestation in terms of their survival rate and growth rate of seedlings. Growth and survival rates of mixed forests are higher than those of single-species stands.
