摘  要:现代电力系统结构日趋复杂,现代电网的安全性存在新的挑战,电网的稳定监控将越来越重要。母线电压相量是反映系统稳定性的最主要的状态量,电压和电流相量的实时测量可以为安全调度、稳定控制等提供有力依据。因此实时测量母线电压相量,将是电力系统稳定监视和控制的关键性与基础性问题。文章在总结相量测量装置研发应用的基础上,详细分析了相量测量原理及方法,综合比较了过零检测法、最小二乘法、Fourier变换算法各自的特点,从处理速度与测量精度等多方面考虑,提出了采用递推Fourier算法的相量测量方法。Modem power structure is becoming more and more complex. It is proved that there are new security challenges for modern power system and it is more and more important to monitor and control the grid. The phasor of bus voltage is a main status parameter to reflect the stabilization of the system. The real-time measurement of phasor wiU provide important proof for security and stable control. So pithiness gist with security dispatching and stable control in the real-time measurement of this parameter could supply power system. This paper analyzed the phasor measurement principle and method in detail based on the ready conclusion of development and applications of PMU, and made comprehensive comparison of the zero-crossing detection method, least squares method, Fourier transform algorithm their own characteristics from many angles, such as processing speed and accuracy. Recursion Fourier algorithmic came up.
