摘 要:以红香栗南瓜的花蕾为材料,用醋酸洋红染液压片法制片,在DMXY型生物数码显微镜下观察花粉发育情况,并探讨花蕾大小与花粉发育时期的相互关系.结果表明,以花蕾纵横径比作为判断南瓜小孢子发育时期的标准是比较科学的,当花蕾纵横比为1.9—2.1时,花粉基本处于小孢子母细胞时期;纵横比为2.1~2.2时,为花粉发育的二分体时期;纵横比为2.2—2.4时,为花粉发育的四分体时期;纵横比为2.4~2.6时,为花粉发育的单核期;纵横比2.6以上时,基本为花粉发育的后期.Using the buds of Hongxiangli pumpkin, which were stained with aceto carmine dyeing solution,as material the pollen developments were observed with DMXY biological digital microscope and the relationship between the bud size and pollen development stages were discussed. The results showed that it was more scientific using aspect ratio of bud as the standard of determining the stages of microspore development. The pollen was basically at the stage of microsporocyte when the aspect ratio was 1.9 - 2.1. While the peak stage of dyad, tetrad, uninucleate and late-pollen development of pol- lens appeared when the bud aspect ratios were between 2.1 - 2.2, 2.2 - 2.4, 2.4 - 2.6 and above 2.6.
