摘 要:在室内测定了几种非寄主植物干粉及其提取物对菜粉蝶的产卵忌避活性.结果表明,番茄、茴香和万寿菊茎叶及其提取物对菜粉蝶产卵有明显的忌避作用,其中番茄和万寿菊茎叶干粉1 d后非选择性产卵忌避率分别为50.02%和48.11%;番茄、茴香和万寿菊茎叶提取物1 d后非选择性产卵忌避率分别为72.04%,70.06%和67.34%,选择性产卵忌避率分别为78.93%,77.32%和75.88%.在供试非寄主植物中,菜粉蝶对茴香提取物的反应最敏感,选择性试验忌避中质量浓度仅为3.747 0 g.mL-1.The oviposition deterring activities of non-host plants and their extracts on Pieris rapae L. were detected in laboratory. The results indicated that the powder and extract of Lycopersicon esculenturn, Foeniculum vulgare and Tagetes eracta had much more oviposition deterring activities. The non- selective oviposition deterring percentages ( ODPs ) of powder of L. esculentura and T. eracta were 50.02% and 48.11% respectively after one day. The non-selective ODPs of three plant extracts were 72.04% , 70. 06% and 67. 34% , respectively, and the selective ODPs of these extracts were 78.93% , 77.32% and 75.88% respectively after one day. The butterfly responsed most sensitively to extracts of F. vulgare than to extracts of other plants. The median oviposition deterring concentration (ODCso) of extracts of F. vulgate is only 3. 747 0 g ·mL^-1 in selective tests.
