摘 要:建立合理的静电放电模型是进行静电防护的前提,为了有效改善移动终端的防静电性能,在现有的人体模型的基础上,根据静电放电会产生高电压、高电流和强烈的电磁辐射的特点,建立了移动终端静电放电的电磁辐射模型、移动终端模型、人体-移动终端模型。对各模型进行理论推导和仿真分析可知,电磁场的辐射频率对移动终端会产生串扰、辐射功率对终端的影响相对较小;增大终端输入电阻、人体和终端的接触电阻、以及人体和终端的接触电感,减小终端输入电容、人体和终端的接触电容等,都可以减少静电放电对终端造成的损伤。In order to improve the anti-static performance of mobile terminal, based on the existing human body model, according to the high-voltage, high-current and a strong feature of electromagnetic radiation features of the electrostatic discharge, we established a mobile terminal electromagnetic radiation model(dipole model), mobile terminal model, and human body-mobile terminal model. Combining with electromagnetic field theory and the features of too-bile terminal, we analyzed the electromagnetic radiation model. It is found that the frequency of electromagnetic radiation has erosstalk influence to mobile terminal, and the power of electromagnetic radiation has little influence to mobile terminal. Moreover, when the terminal's input resistance, human body-mobile terminal contact resistance and contact inductance increase, and the terminal's input capacitance and human body-mobile terminal contact capacitance decrease, lower peak current will be obtained. Therefore, we must consider all of these factors that can influence the electrostatic discharge features of mobile terminal and choose the reasonable method in case that these measures can not change the quality of mobile terminal.
