摘 要:晶闸管具有承受浪涌电流的特点,提出利用它构建强脉冲功率投切开关,代替传统切换开关。整个投切过程是在母线电流过零/电压过零时进行,因此冲击小、无电磁暂态过渡过程,且无拉弧现象。以ABB公司的5STP52U5200晶闸管为例,讨论工作于脉冲开关状态时它的反向恢复电流特点,并归纳出吸收电阻和电容的优化计算方法和设计准则。利用MATLAB的SIMULINK环境构建以晶闸管充当脉冲功率开关的整个试验回路的仿真建模,分析阻容吸收回路参数对晶闸管过电压的影响特性。该仿真模型能够正确反映晶闸管的开关暂态过程,具有良好的灵活性、与扩展性。试验验证了所提出的晶闸管的计算方法和设计准则的有效性,并有利于快速设计出满足工程需求的脉冲功率开关(阀)组件。A 5STP52U5200 device produced by ABB is analyzed as an example for the math model of the reverse recovery current. The reverse recovery current and the reverse recovery charge are strongly dependent on di/dt and junction temperature. These values are specified based on the condition that the device is in a stationary conducting state before the turn-off process starts. Their own dependence on the snubber parameters are small and can normally be disregarded. RC snubbers must be carefully chosen to improve the overcurrent and overvoltage enduration for the thyristor. The overvoltage waveform could be calculated by using a circuit simulator like MATLAB. The simulation model of the thyristor used in the pulse power circuit is established with the help of the SIMULINK environment. The overvoltage influence induced by the different RC snuberres are provided. Both theoretic analysis and experimental results can verify the truth of the proposed computation method of the RC snuberres system.
