摘  要:提出和介绍了一种晶闸管应用于交流电热器等的功率控制新方式,该方式是基于将过零点起的一个交流电压波形作为控制单元,取若干个作为一组,再将各组中的电压波形分成连续接通或断开的二部分,用通、断个数的变化来调节负荷功率的大小,消除了现有用改变导通角即调相方式所产生的谐波污染和从截止到导通的过渡损耗等,还提高了其可靠性。This paper describes a new way in which thyristor can be used to electric power control, the approach is based on that firstly we see a zero-crossing AC voltage waveform as one control unit, take a number of units as a group, and then divide each group voltage waveform into two parts, one part continue to pass through, the other part continue to break, with the number ratio of pass to break circles change to adjust load power. Compared to the existing way of changing the conduction angle, harmonic pollution and losses from the transition deadline to conduction can be eliminated in this new way, and also reliability can be increased.
