摘  要:分析了氯乙烯精馏尾气冷凝工艺中存在的不合理因素,通过实施相关的改进措施,使一次尾排气体中氯乙烯含量合格率提高到95%以上,减小了尾气回收装置的负荷,达到节能减排的效果。Unreasonable factors in condensation process for the tail gas from the rectification of vinyl chloride were analyzed. After adopting relevant improvement measures, the qualified rate of content of vinyl chloride in the first tail gas could be increased to more than 95%, the load of recovery facility of tail gas was decreased, and thus effects of energy saving and pollutant reduction were achieved.
